Moving to another exchange like the AMEX will not be a problem after phase 1 is complete. BofA / Merrill Lynch will gladly take us there.

Raising the $140M with revenue bonds will not be a problem either. This is BofAs job, and they are good at it. To them, this is a
SMALL raise. :)
