Hypothetically, even if the a/s was doubled, the $121m upside is not baked into the .30 sp. simple math.

Also, do you think the Navy would award a contract to a company that was about to fall victim to a hostile takeover? Seems far fetched...

"Pretty sure....."

I am pretty sure this is your perspective.

I never said financing will not be needed and in fact, I am pretty sure I presented an owner of TMPS with the capabilities to do so correct? ANd that financing will be needed to support the nine digit contract with the UNITED STATES NAVY CORRECT?

TMPS will do what TMPS will do and the Billionaire will keep doing what he wants. The best part is he is in control, not a bunch of small minded Penny stock investors that care to give perspective on repeat. REALITY.

Go TMPS.

Well, for once KelliBlue, this post is pretty accurate. Although I guarantee you that they're working on a financing package right now (potentially debt and equity), even with the protest in effect. Once the protest is hopefully put to rest, there are a lot of finance companies that work closely with government contractors that can provide unique options. Also, I don't agree at all that the upside is priced in, not even close. However, I can respect this post.

This is not a true statement in many cases.
"You do know that the military doesn’t pay in advance, right? Contractors spend their own money to fulfill and then invoice the government and wait to be paid."

I have been involved in many development contracts with the gov including Task Orders.

Contractors do not like spending at risk. It can be done, but only if they have confidence in getting paid and they have a reason to start early.

Contracts are incrementally funded. Contractor and gov agree on the plan and then the gov incrementally funds the contract. Task Orders are the type where the plan is incrementally developed also. They do not need to plan the entire contract at the beginning.

Gov is responsible for any work that is done on a contract executing the agreed to plan.
