No, the run had already started big time before that, earlier in the day.

I guess it may be that anticipation of the 10Q was the catalyst, but what did it contain that mattered? Nothing new that I know of.

They had been filing 10Qs every quarter.

It's true that the 10Q was used as a further catalyst once it did come out, but IMO the move was already underway.
