There was another PR on 4/2 that caused the initial spike.. Then an SEC filing on 5/15 that started the next spike. No preloaded volume. In these PR's they talk about how close to releasing their product globally they are. The OTC runs on potential and this stock have MASSIVE potential thats why its spikes so dramatically on any bit of information. In the future try checking OTCmarkets or emailing IR.

The spike was on no news on May 15 - the exact mid-May point that the prior PR had said to look to for news.

This IMO was no coincidence. This was either a trading group that decided to get in, and/or it was a group that is affiliated with one or both of the convertible note holders that had gotten in very cheaply just weeks prior, who wanted a large return.

The group saw an opportunity to make money because the stock was undervalued, and the story is good.

But now that the stock is up 700% the metrics have changed and it is possible that most of the group that started the move is long gone. But the stock may still be worth plenty more than the current price. Time will tell.
