yep i recall you saying you did some homework on hemp20 and wanted to resell it- sure, they do have bev distro and product, but what was your thought on the owner's brand imaging in general? from what I could determine it seemed he was just doing whatever he thought was more interesting to him, such as hosting 420 parties and selling mj-cookies. his focus seemed to me more about the mj and thc-infused angle versus FRLF's intended branding and position of non-thc mainstream health and wellness. it did not look like a good fit to me.

not saying your view is wrong or less valid on that, just sharing my different view on it.

This is info you can take how ever you want as part of your inquiry.

Hemp2 was on shelves here for about 6 months. All the safety's in Alaska. None of it sold. Recently they took it down and its gone.

It might be doing well in other settings with better marketing, but it really seemed like it was behaving like FRLF products in gerneral. Not competing. No brand awareness ect ect

My take if I read between the lines is that 2019 was poised to be building block for FRLF. Strides in 2018 where good. Spain took their attention away from developing other subs. Money ran out and frlf was running out of time.

Gownups had to come in and make some hard decisions. I think they did some great moves considering what happened. The down side is half a year was wasted where I look at earnings for subs and go... what!!! And expenses are to high for that.

That said, sombody that has proven good growth has been brought in to fix the mess. They are consoliding and using distribution to actually get somwhere and actually puting out a plan insead of making me guess. Now they did put out a plan for Spain then never spoke again then failed. No way should this be the first confrence call. So that turn of events was published behind the scenes. People are being allowed to save face. Like I said. Read between the lines.

So, they definitely reorganized and at least started to be proactive about selling and raising money. Certainly better odds to make it now.

IMO, more time wasted the harder it will be to beat bigger older companies. Loosing name recognition battle is not good.
