This is a willful prediction based on court decision statistics I posted prior.

Since the maximum date prediction fell on this Sunday, I shortened it to Friday hoping universal karma would help out. Unless it comes late tonight, It will be incorrect. I admit the 81 case sample size dating back to December 2018 is limited.

There do seem to be other streams of opinion release timing indicating within June, which is good.
