There is no RS. They had one planned when the price was low subpenny, but once they saw the stock climb over .01 and hold, they felt it was not needed.... This is per a company official.

Even if this potential revenues figure is off by 50%, this stock is cheap at this valuation... Even if they added 1000% diluton, it is cheap... They are possibly doing 9 figures per year. As far as i can find, they will be the biggest crypto miner that is public... and mining is not even the heart of their business plan.

What do you think the crypto masses will do when they see the DD? This is gonna be the most talked about crypto, watch. It will likely sustain a hyperinflated valuation that they will grow into over time, like other best-in-class tech companies... There is real Billion+ potential here, esp if Bitcoin rips to new high, like i think it will.
