Buzzy is paid by a commission on each case of product sold. So, it shows up as a cost of selling product, not as salary.
What this means is, Buzzy makes more money when he sells more product. That is the perfect way for a start up to pay its CEO. If more OTC companies did this, you would probably see more successful companies and less share selling scams.
