Correct, no answers. I was surprised Franky talked about "Saddle Back Mountain" although it was a "nugget" in the disclosure.

He can't follow guidelines very well, that's a fact!

According to his own record The "MOU" was canceled in November 16 2018 and On October 29, 2018, Living Spaces Furniture, LLC, filed a lawsuit he had 4 days after those events (among others) to let the public know!

Stranger part is, on 11/14/18 the disclosure says Saddle Back Mountain is pending, the latest is it "cancelled on 11/16/18"

I'm sure you know all this stuff, you and others are DD experts, but I find it needs to be brought up for some of the newer traders that might be reading.

Franky mentions Saddle Back Mountain Ventures only because it blatantly unwound a ton of hype!

If you recall, this was the "ANNOUNCEMENT" made in July 2018 that was going to end all be all!! And he admits to PUMPING this before it was "DONE". LOL!

Of course, not many fell for this PUMP, especially after the $100 million pump! That one certainly ended the Franky pumper!!

1. Why in the HELL would anyone believe any other PUMP from Franky?

2. Why in the HELL would anyone "Help" Franky with anything?

3, It appears many of the folks that were "announced" as helping are running for the hills, they are not "disclosed" that's for sure!

4. 2 major negative events in October and November 2018, never a peep until "disclosure time"! He did tweet a few pumps!

5. As has been said already, why does Franky need "3 to 4 entities" under the MHHC holdings? He discloses 1 and allegedly has secret SOS filings all across the country and some sort of "Secret helpers"? Should these things be disclosed as a public company? The OTC guidelines say YES!

Good grief... he left IR empty on the disclosure, yet has "someone" representing him here?

We all know the answers obviously, yet Franky calls ALL of HIS own failures AKA exposing of fraudulent pumps NOISE?

Funny....Franky only creates more perception and validation of fraud with each of his tweets, announcements and or disclosures.
