The 2 are mutually inclusive cant have one without the other. You don't get it. The ce and or delinquency are the little guys opportunity to accumulate a ton of shares here. The risk is it doesn't go away... then we lose. I doubt that earnestly will be the case. This thing has good support right where it is and victory here will go to the bold. Buy em up boys and girls the upside reward here is so huge!!
