Rhetorical question. Of course the shell was emptied by Namer (not that he had any REAL assets either but it was fully reporting under SEC 12G).
It’s obvious now why EOMN/ RELI was delisted.
The OTC Shell Risk is “not” the issue.

The lack of fully audited Beyman owned assets / liabilities that have been definitively agreed and integrated into RELI ( the public company) have been actively promoted through press releases IS an issue.

These alleged assets and liabilities are NOT in RELI but are parked in an LLC, thus the public company is in fact empty.
Most would agree that an empty public company devoid of actual assets and liabilities is called a Shell.
