Hello Mike,

I'm glade to see you on this board, please stick around to answer our questions. It will go a long way to build confidence with investors. If you think lowman is pissed-off I am even more so. I bought about half my shares @ $0.07 - $0.075 almost nine months ago. Since than I have been trying to average down but it has been like chasing a rat down a hole.

The questions I have include:

What insider has been selling all those shares?

What was the average price per share investors paid for the
last batch of issued restricted shares?

Mike, the PPS was .025 when you first posted this message. Now there is two weeks left until the 'end of the year' and the PPS is at .014. Is this what you meant by us being 'much happier" by the end of the year? If so, April Fools day isn't until the first of April.
