Yet Lampert holds approx. 73 million common shares. He's not going to throw away millions of dollars that can soon be worth billions of dollars, plus billions of dollars in nolls! (IMO)
That list obviously has an error in it. He never had 107M shares to begin with so couldn't have sold that many. His holdings total seems steady as well. The underlying SEC filings don't back up a sale of 107M shares either. Finally there are only 109M shares issued so he can't still have 49M shares and sold 107M shares.
What this does show is no institutional investors of any sort outside of ESL.
