Don't know how you guys are coming up with $1.20 to $1.38 based on some multiple times cash flow per share.
Cash flow for 2018 I read as $6.842M (2018 annual report) which comes to ~$.077/share. To get $1.20 I would need to multiply by about 15.5; to get $1.38 I would need to multiply by about 18.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Confused and bewildered.

P.S. If I substitute Q1 2019 for Q1 2018 (which had a negative cash flow), I get a cash flow/share for those 4 quarters as about $.124 per share. Then I get $1.20 per share by multiplying cash flow by about 9.5 and I get $1.38 by multiplying by about 11.
