Jack, it doesn't matter. Medi-Mike does his own thing. VGID is Buzzy's responsibility. Buzzy vanished from updating his shareholders on anything. Would this be in war time, it would be called desertion and treason. Ultimately, Buzzy does not fulfill his fiduciary duties that he assumed when he sold stock and appointed himself to be a CEO.

Seriously, think about it, what if your wife/husband just vanishes? Isn't that a call to be alarmed? Absolutely. Now, here's a man that took investors money and vanished. There's no update from him at all. We don't know if he's a live, in mexico, working for the company, sold off the brand and stole the money, etc. There's no update from him. That is irresponsible to say the least. However, all this is very typical before a big fraud case becomes apparent.

This is very similar to when a creditor loans money to a debtor, requests an update how the loan repayment process is going, but the debtor doesn't respond. Debtor is silent. Not to be heard from for a long time. What's a creditor to think? Theft. The person who too money is very unlikely to return any of it. Similarity is uncanny. Buzzy took our money by selling shares. Now is time to inquire about and update on the work that he has done with shareholder money. Buzzy is nowhere to be found or heard of. What's the conclusion? Buzzy took our money and not planning to give anything in return for it. That's called theft. The fact that he misled investors, is called fraud. Very unfortunate, no pathetic is what you call when stock goes down 99.99%.
