I believe if it was a private placement, I would be thrilled. However, this is a public placement, so the pricing is important for this to get the total dollar value they require. Most public placements in Pinky Land are useless because they rarely hit there targets but they have to raise the AS so this is bad. If the placement is to fund an acquisition, then the process is totally OK. I don't see any information that says this is for anything, so I think this will be a bad sign for the new investors until it's purpose is known. I hope that helps you but with no data, I am not moved by this yet and will wait to buy any more here. GLTY CLKA.

Considering Dean is apparently using the same law firm that's been alongside Loflin for his long history, I'd say it means more of the same. Ongoing dilution, fluff press releases, paid stock promotions and the eventual collapse of the company.

What does that mean? Good, bad or neither?
