SEC is watching? Perhaps looking into delisting zombie companies that no longer submit filings, discontinue annual shareholder meetings, offer no transparency to shareholders (except inside info a select few claim to have) trade near zero and are easy prey for pump and dump campaigns? SEC might be very interested in companies where a small circle of investors control half the outstanding shares and ones where wild kaboom rumors based on alleged inside info, made up stories about offshore shorting and imminent short squeeze on the way, and claims that share price will soar from almost zero to $8 dominate penny stock message boards. Just sayin'.
