Board leans towards MDLG. Needs to be balanced.

The CLOK BOD needs at least 3 more INDEPENDENT directors, not picked by MDLG.

The next to do item will be to revise the corporate bylaws to take away the Chairman’s privileges.

There’s a long way to go to undo all of MDLG’s past misdoings, and to prevent him from acting without oversight.

Great news. Not where it needs to be yet but a small step in the right direction.

It would be nice if CLOK would stop using the same template for every press release. Don't they have someone there capable of writing? At minimum, could they remove the "Said xxx blah blah blah". Who talks/writes like that? How about something like, "According to xxx" or "xxx has stated" or simply "blah blah blah" - xxx
