It does not say he purchased, if they were purchased on the open market he would have to clearly disclose that he purchased them versus received, that is something that could not be hidden from a legal perspective as it is a very different set of circumstances.

If the treasurer and attorney from the company is buying on the open market that needs to be clearly disclosed, it states he received the shares, receiving clearly does not mean purchased.
