i dont think its a wrong or right thing . LOI is exactly what it states. time will tell what the real deal is until then its floating in the air

It has nothing to do with being wrong or right. It has to do that this is a letter of intent and should be treated as such. Only time will tell if the deal goes through. ALL THE TIME deals like this are renegotiated so today's press release means absolutely nothing till the terms are finalized.
