So Bob has failed to deliver yet
again?? Wasn’t it said in last PR that 10-k expected in the next two weeks?
Is it possible that they have been slammed with some wrongdoing due to which they can’t even get the filings done. No change of accounting firms can make filings this delayed. It just shows how incompetent Bob and his management are.
I am seeing other companies who barely report, put out filings on time in OTC. While this genius who boasts of $10 million sales pipeline, cant file on time, for the third time in less than a year. Get ready for stupid excuses about accounting firms or something else but we all know that sole reason for this delay is sheer incompetence of Bob and his management.
