this might be a record low share count for a 19 year old company!!

usually a company without revenues for 19 years has billions of shares

also dilution is a tricky word- if what was gained in return for share issuance equals or exceeds the market value of the stock issued financial dilution has NOT occurred

although shares issued in the last yr have increased due to the lower pps,ca only 73M shares for a 19 year old company with no revenues is absolutely remarkable!
