I do agree with that view. Yes it would have been better to hire someone that specializes in promotion. I thought that was one of Jon’s talents as well as representing the company.
Good points GTman1, I think many of us have made that similar suggestion to KT and Ben. I hope they will act soon with a capable marketing firm. I'm sure it will be a collaborative effort going forward with product partners.
