Ya, that's been my thought, like a no brainer if your savvy this is their way out of the pickle barrel, quietly gather up the cheapies day after day, slowly under the radar accumulating and one day and I mean in one day throw some money as paid in capital behind the shares and like magic, money out of thin air.

That is easy to prove false because by law, they can’t. This has been posted multiple times on many message boards and proven false.

I thought this issue was put to rest but I guess not so again, they can not buy back their shares!
