A custodianship termination is a positive

step and is one of the final steps of the

"Process".... process meaning...

1) filing with courts to get a court date to
prove old owners are gone and have no
objections to a takeover
2) court granting you the custodian
3) reinstatement
4) otc share structure verified
5) filings
6) filings approved
7) attorney letter
8) stop sign removal & obtaining pink
current status
9) filing with courts to get your custody
terminated
10) Nevada sos mgmt change

I'm no lawyer but the above is my
understanding.... and yes, some take 3-6
mths to find a r/m partner, other take longer

and I'm not certain if custodianship
termination definitely means a r/m
partner is found....

All I know is for the longest time, otc
players love the promise, excitement,
unknown of a r/m and it definitely holds
True with lazar plays that have found
A r/m partner..... so until that ends

I will continue to follow lazar

Good luck to all

Another reason

I like lazar stocks is the silence...

no dilution, no hype, no bs, no slimy ceos

All court ordered & 100% legal ...

if you are an extremely impatient person then

likely lazar is not for you.... lazar is constantly

Working & constantly submitting paperwork

To complete the process..... and whether you

Decide to flip in between the process moments

(Catalysts) or hold the whole way through...

A knowledgeable trader can EASILY make $

with lazar.... yes they are plenty of dull slow

moments in between the catalysts.... but if

end up with a lazar stock that found a r/m

partner and SOARed.... it's pretty sweet &

Well worth the entire process wait
