The reason you don't see PlusCBD with wording like “Stress, Sleep, or Relax” is that the FDA disapproves of this. Many companies who describe which symptoms it will relieve have received letters from the FDA. I'm sure that when FDA gives more clarity on CBD, PlusCBD, as well as other brands, will amend it's packaging.

Agree totally!! CVSI has used an over abundance of caution when it comes to product uses due to their fear of the spineless FDA.

Having that on the label is a game changer.

Charlotte’s Web packaging was better and had symptom labeling

I thought CVSI was leaving off any benefit claims on their labels so as not to violate any FDA rules. Taking the safe route. I DO agree that as soon as the air clears after that meeting at the end of May, I'm hoping CVSI dresses their labels up a bit nicer. In the meanwhile, Charlott's is taking a chance by being so bold. Who knows how it will play out? They might never get a cautionary on it or a penalty and it will certainly give them a leg up on 'appeal' to the customer. Or, they may have to recall all the products with the symptoms labels. Interesting how two companies use different interpretations of the rule.
