That would be a pretty nasty reverse split when we are below $0.05 if the goal is $3 per share. 60/1?

Ouch! I think they only intend to do it if/when they plan to file for uplist to NASDAQ. In the meantime hopefully the price goes up organically because they accomplish some of their performance goals.
