I wouldn't be surprised. Made up "DD" is worse on active boards where people are most often stuck in a losing position or where the greed factor hasn't been satisfied with the move it's made so far. But let's blame the CEOs for drawing attention to the ticker in the first place by putting out statements of what they intend to do in the future rather than what they've accomplished in the present.
