Just because the OTC is filled with crooks who dilute like crazy doesn't mean that same rule applies here. The management team here has a reputation. I doubt any one of them would risk their reputation to make a few thousand or even a few hundred thousand. And if they were crooked that would mean that they are all in it together making their time even less worth the benefit as there have not been enough dollars traded to make it worth the time of one of them let alone all of them.
