I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you are long. But as for going concern issues, 99% of start up bullies or pinkers have the same generic note attached to their financials. And ratio analysis doesn't apply either with these companies. The bottom line is survival of the fittest-or who can raise money before going under. There are a lot of legitimate OTC companies that started the same was as RYQG, most of which didn't have ANY revenue.
