Oh yeah. Eddie Lampert decides to offer $10/share for all outstanding SHLDQ shares (that's only about $1B).

But what did Eddie actually do regarding an actual transaction with SHLDQ shares? Oh yeah, he actually gave away 3.8M SHLDQ shares to unnamed persons. Guess he needs another 70M shares for giveaways.

What else? Oh yeah. Judge Drain announces that SHLDQ shares will NOT be cancelled. Drain said, "That POL that SHC submitted be damned. I'm not going to be remembered as the Judge that screwed all those SHLDQ shareholders." Oh, yeah. And I know that a lot of people believe that the earth is flat.

But do traders care about any of this anyway? Absolutely not. All traders care about is maximizing their profits and the ups and downs of the Elliott Waves. Who gives a crap about SHLDQ or anyone who might be fooled into holding these doomed shares?
