Haha! Where did they say they had entered into the business of selling it? They aren’t taking money for it. They won’t even be in contact with it.

It’s like saying the canabbis company’s internet provider enables them to manage their online orders so they are breaking the law. Or perhaps the delivery company is breaking the law as they are third party distribution. Who’s that? The US Postal Service? LMAO!

Why didn’t you highlight/bold this section? It seems more relevant to Textmunication’s operations:

“Many cannabis ads are banned by the CSA, but an ad that does not attempt to facilitate a transaction and merely advocates for the use of cannabis or another controlled substance is actually permitted under the act.”

Their services are only in effect once a customer has ordered the product through the vendor. Textmunication is not soliciting the sale of marijuana.

Typical American, if it doesn't work in the U.S. then it doesn't work anywhere. If $txhd gets in the cannabis industry it will be much more lucrative than Health Care. From the looks of it, they are limited with their communications which would make TXHD perfect.
