Looks like the pre-market isn't taking OncoSec seriously anymore (not that they ever did). The PM pps is below the equivalent closing pps on the day before the R/S. Of course, what counts is what the pps is once the market opens. Once the market does open, let's see which news item takes precedence over the other.
Plus float is 6 mil now. Can really gap up to teens or 20s with buy out or strong PR news. Downside seems limited. This is .28 cents per split. Pretty damn cheap.
