I'm still puzzled because if APDN is going to get crushed on the next R/S then why did that private investor buy over 2 million shares on the open market?

And, apparently, some of the institutions have recently added to their totals as well.

Are you saying that you don't own any APDN shares right now? (Because you're waiting for this R/S to happen?)
