Fact check failure... He was never ever an officer director or controlling shareholder here. All he did was buy the old lawyers debt and converted that debt to a few shares back in 2017. CRSM ran to 32 cents in January 2018. Savvy investors all know he sold ages ago when this ran to 32 cents 17 months ago.
