The blaming responsible is on Ken that handle USA operations. As shown on the 10-k Ken hold no share so clearly why he have to do more work for the UCPA shareholder? What we need is to pressure the head quarter CEO and board advisors that own UCPA shares. Those are the one that do care. IMHO.
