Count me in as well. Calling all Lawyers! We're looking at 3+ years worth of court hearings, probably 50-75 legal filings.

So I think ballpark for legal representation would be in the $8-12 million range. Can we use our $FNMA shares as collateral?

Assuming $100 per share if Warrants aren't exercised (as per your calculations), then we would only need 80,000-120,000 shares of $FNMA to be put in escrow to be used as collateral.

I'm sure the lawyers will accept a Payment In Kind (PIK) similar to the original SPSPA.
