yes -just noticed it- needs an attny letter! New rule- Q reports required to have an attny verify.
Someone must have family members as attny's. LOL

OTC is not reliable today-- some positions that needed a tier change did not get one!
IMO since COHO has the letter C-- it was near the first on the list.
