What it does show is that any accredited investors... you know... those with liquid millions laying around feel pretty confident CRSM will be above these wild swingy days in a year when their stock becomes available for trading.
That is why I do not mind at all. Issue them. Get funding. These aren't willy nilly aged debt ready to be converted tomorrow.
