I'm not so sure about dilution..they reported bad earnings and then followed it up this morning with the $1.5M offering @ $1.32 which I believe is the reason for the drop. Normally would bounce back on just the offering, but the combo with earnings pissed off current shareholders. Thinking this may drop to .50's before a potential recovery bounce. JMO GL
