Merger is all in the hands of our CEO. He should know what he is merging with. I'm sure he has done his Due Diligence. I don't think we will see, or if they will show anything until they are a public company. Based on what I have seen in my DD, if I were them I would not say anything until I was ready to be public.

Bill is a scam artist. He lied to Health Canada, he lied to reporters, and even worse, he lied to his shareholders. He didn't just mislead them, he outright lied to them.

"These shares are gold. You couldn't pry them from my cold, dead hands"

He stated the above on the SAME day he unloaded a bunch of shares as he lied about license approval and boosted the PPS. This is all public record.
