I'm not sure its laughable. Down 36% on good news. After all, its still the same CEO in charge, and Ihub does a good job at keeping track of the performance of stocks.
Information can certainly be false about where the company is heading, but as for the track record of a company, it's always best to see what previous shareholders are saying about it...kind of like Amazon reviews. I eat my own words because I failed to do that myself when buying in the first round here.
