Sure looks like loan #3 (I assume #2 wasn't the basket loan) is heading for the skids too. Easter delay is long gone. Are we going to have yet another delay for memorial day now? His anticipated closing dates are way off.....or BS from the start.
He's been negotiating loans for a long time....incl when he was buying at 1- 2 cents. Isn't negotiating with loan sharks still negotiating funding?
What happened to the $5 million LOE he said he had at least 2 years ago? It must have gone to pot too.
