Is there a halt in trading? We have been at 134,698 for a while now, and it looks like no trades in the last 30 minutes or so

Would be better having.the Federal Gov making the rules to many A holes is Local & State Gov. That's why Gun laws are so screwed up if it is controlled by the fed FDA whoever it's the same rules wherever you go. No worrying about what state your in.
