There are technical Elliot definitions and I would defer to the wording of those.

A basic difference is that impulsive moves tend to have 5 waves, but corrective tend to have 3. Impulsive moves also tend to cover more ground, quicker, than corrective.

Wave counting can be subjective, so there may be someone out there who sees this as corrective, not impulsive.
