I can relate to that feeling. After hearing yesterdays CC I'm feeling more or less relaxed. Normally it would make no sense at all to sell at todays prices knowing what lies ahead.

So, there must be a reason for accommadating buyers at these levels. Probably some people that want to take up the tender offer that have to because they have not enough funds. Maybe there are more of them then we would think.

Then, there can be others. Who would benefit? Shorters? Would that make sense? It would be like walking in a financial minefield for them (given all ongoing partnerships, outlicensing, joint ventures etcetera).
Parties accumulating in a smart way? Doesn't look like that to me.

BP perhaps? Cydy must be becoming a pain in the ass as competitor (Pfizer, Merck?) or too attractive as an addition to the portfolio (Gilead?). Cydy is in talks with big pharma. Would they benefit from a depressed share price? Probably, likely.

Anyway, this is a temporary disappointment. We're going to see new highs soon imo. No luck needed. Not if, but when.

It’s simple to understand man. We have a huge float - growing daily as more and more people are converting warrants. Some will sell some will not. We don’t have any institutional support to buoy the price. This is the result.
