I agree 1 million with the exception of the 4.75 million of the 5.3 million gcan shares UNGS retained that Wayne took control of Jan. 9th in lieu of his claimed compensation Unless he has already sold them.

NOTE P - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On January 9, 2019, the Company transferred 4,000,000 shares of common stock of GCAN owned by the Company to Wayne Anderson to satisfy certain liabilities due Mr. Anderson. The fair value of the 4,000,000 shares of GCAN common stock at January 9, 2019 was $840,000.

On January 9, 2019, the Company transferred 750,000 shares of common stock of The Greater Cannabis Company, Inc. (“GCAN”) owned by the Company to Valvasone Trust in satisfaction of $107,000 in notes payable due Valvasone. The $50,500 excess of the $157,500 fair value of the 750,000 shares of GCAN common stock over the $107,000 liability reduction will be charged to professional fees in the three months ended March 31, 2019.

Yup....GCAN bought EMETS warrants. They paid $1.35M to do it......after all, those 659,000 shares could have been purchaseds by EMET for $329,500..... which would have been money in the bank.

Hellofa deal....except to the fleeced shareholders. No doubt EMET will be happy to give them even more money at 1/4 the value.... specially when I didn't even have to pay for them in the first place. This is a $1.35M GIFT for EMETS from the shareholders courtesy of the scammers at Green C.

GCAN is a scam by professionals.
