Well, it's a coincidence until proven otherwise..but I will say that is one hell of a coincidence..

And notice in that communication with Mark, he says..

"Are these shorts smarter than our three key investors, two of whom were instrumental in building multi-billion dollar companies?"

One of the burning questions many had were, "how will they pull off up-listing, organically?"

Revs, growth, share buybacks, M&As?

Are they simply planning to build a billion dollar company, here? They definitely have the right talent, connections and experience. Excited to hear more from the company soon..
