Actually otc called it before it happened your just applying that Joseph will not pick up the phone and why would he so he can hear a bunch of whining shareholders who obviously helped him sell shares and now want to know why their investment is not even worth 0.00001? per share? otc status is much higher than all the posters here combined since he actually cared enough to give warning to new additions.
