If Noreen (Cytocom) steals the licensing rights for humans to emerging markets, I would imagine it would be pretty easy to prove in court that she was not doing her fiduciary duty, and had a conflict of interest. Especially with all the other evidence of demotion. However, I am no expert in law by any means. Also wondering what others think.
